Health

Health is a vital component of a thriving community. NCBW is concerned about the well-being of the whole community and the whole person to include our physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual selves. 

Education

NCBW Phoenix influences future leaders in our community today by helping young girls develop emotional and social well-being, self-confidence and personal development to position them to become tomorrow's powerful women leaders.

Economic Empowerment

NCBW Phoenix believes that economic empowerment is the key to ending generational poverty within the Black community. Our economic programs focus on financial literacy, family wealth building, and entrepreneurship / intrapreneurship.
